Thousands of pounds of damage at new hospital

THOUSANDS of pounds of damage was caused at the new hospital site when electrical cables were deliberately cut.

The criminal damage was reported to police shortly after 12 noon on Friday.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area of the new acute hospital on the Irvinestown Road is asked to contact police on 0845 600 8000 or telephone Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
