35-year-old found with cannabis and weighing scales

A 35-year-old man accused of being a drug dealer after being found with weighing scales, bags and a quantity of cannabis, has appeared at Fermanagh Court.

Paul Burns, of Woodview, Tempo Road, Enniskillen, denied having the drug with the intention of supply it to another person and that charge was withdrawn.

However, he pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of being in unlawful possession of herbal cannabis and was fined £150.
